- All pricing is indicative and confirmed in writing before work begins.
- A 20% deposit is required to commence work.
- One round of revisions on written texts is included unless otherwise agreed.
- We communicate clearly, early, and honestly if issues arise.
- All client material is treated as confidential. We are POPI-compliant.
